During their studying time we want to provide our students a pleasant ‘home’. Here, everyone should have the possibility to fall back into his/her own space or take part in common activities. Just as you wish.
Our modern and friendly housing area is situated in the very centre of Deggendorf and offers low priced single apartments as well as shared flats for 2 and for 3 persons. All rooms have full internet connection.
Well-equipped kitchens do not only offer the possibility to prepare food but also invite you to cook together with other students.
Furthermore a laundry and drying room is provided. Of course there is also a lift in the building so you can reach the room fast and conveniently.
The table tennis room and common room have become a central meeting place for leisure activities and communication. There is a place to park your bike in the bicycle cellar or in front of the house.
